Basundi
This is my mom's recipe which my husband loves a lot. Hope this satisfies your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
1 Quart Half n Half Milk
Around 10 tsp Sugar
Cashews (Kaju)
Cudpah nut (Charoli)
Almonds (Badam)
Saffron (Kesar)
Method
Heat a non-stick skillet with a small steel plate in to so as to avoid the milk from burning and sticking. Boil milk till it becomes thick and reduces to 3/4th of the original quantity. Then add the other ingredients except sugar and boil for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and then add sugar. Mix well. Cool it and serve.
Note: Keep stirring continuously.
